Just went through the drive-thru and ordered my response was K, K, K, K….. followed by silence. My order was never read back to me. My wife was with me in the vehicle to witness the whole interaction. Never was given a total just told the pull around, I wasn’t asked what kind of barbecue sauce I wanted with my new sandwich and I was given jalapeño poppers, even though I asked for mozzarella sticks also never received any sauce that I asked for with my mozzarella sticks and no receipt.
