I am so disappointed with Arby's today! Had a $50 gift card for a $50 order through drive-thru today. The cashier did not know how to use the gift card, nor did she even care enough to ask for help. We had my MIL in the car who had just been released from the hospital so no time to keep arguing so we just paid out of pocket so we could get her home. Normally have good friendly experience during the day. Went tonight and the girl in the drive thru was so rude. We ordered in the drive thru mozerella sticks. Asked for ranch with one and marinara with the other. They didn't hear it. So repeated. Got to the window, all we had was ranch. Girl came to the window. Told her we got the ranch but needed the marinara. She rolled her eyes snottily stated "Ask for it. It doesn't come automatically." I don't know who was working the mic tonight at the drive thru but his customer service skills were phenomenal! Food was good too.
Great manager who went out of his way to tell an employee that they were doing a fantastic job.
Great fast food restaurant!...with delicious food :-)...
