Normally have NO issues with this Arby’s. But whoever took my order today 7/19/2020 @ 9:31 pm is a rude, snotty person who should NOT be in customer service! She yelled at the lady in the car in front of me and TRIED to yell at me. Rushing my order. Asking me if I’m done yet. Chewing her gum like a cow over the mic. Guess I’ll have to find another Arbys. Sad. I live right down the road.

I am very disappointed!! I have never had an issue with this Arby’s. I got out of work late, still 2 hours before close, grabbed a Grand Turkey Club meal and when I got home(I only live 3 minutes away) the whole sandwich, bun, Turkey everything, ICE COLD and there was NO bacon. I paid $10 for a basic turkey sandwich. I AM LIVID.
RecommendedNow this is a well put together bacon beef n’ cheddar!! Not!! Its like bacon pieces and where is the cheddar at?? It’s crazy how food gets more expensive and the quality of food and how it’s prepared have gone down hill. While I recommend Clio Arby’s overall as a restaurant, tonight’s service was absolutely ridiculous!! Smh
You may want to change your hours online. I was informed they don’t open until 10 not 9 like it says online. So then when I went back my clock said 9:58 I was told they didn’t open for like 5 more minutes. So I just left. What a joke
