Waited in line for almost an hour to pick up an online order. Discovered that they had not given us the fries that we ordered as we were leaving. We drove almost 25 minutes to this location specifically because my Son wanted the curly fries. It was after the dining area was closed, so I called the counter and told them what happened. I was told to "hold on a minute", and the phone was set down. They never picked up the phone again, but I waited for nearly 20 minutes before I hung up and left.
