I went with my family a few days ago. In the middle of placing our order, the employee began responding very rudely to us over the speaker. We informed them that we did nothing to deserve being talked to this way and that they could just cancel our order. One would figure that was that, right? Nope. As we made our way toward the exit, the employee (I’m assuming the same one we just talked to) leaned out the drive-thru window and began screaming profanity at the top of their lungs. Straight out rip off. Ordered a 1/2 lb roast beef wasn't even a quarter pound let alone a half. This means one of two things, either they think we're stupid so they can rip us off or they just have really really lousy non-caring staff preparing food.

For 9$ I would expect a little more chicken, this was the smallest buffalo chicken sandwich I’ve ever had
Honor the hours that you are supposed to be open. Walked in at 9:35. Employee came running out from behind the counter and said we had to leave because the lobby was closed and the door was supposed to be locked. I told her the sign said the lobby was open until 10. She said that was a typo and kicked us out. Seriously? Wouldn't think they could afford to piss off customers!
This Arby's Ripped me off!!!! ...I asked to substitute a sub bun for regular, but they didn't even tell me there was an Extra charge. When I complained they would not do anything. And hardly any meat in the sandwich ... one manager is great and the other should be out on the street yesterday !!!!!!!!
