Poor service long time waiting in the drive thru bad food terrible customer service you could tell employees didn't want to be there .other people were having to wait a long time in drive thru orders were wrong .worst experience ever at arbys 45 minute wait .others in drive thru had been forgotten about waiting a long time never going back to this location

Typical arby's, but the service was excellent each of the few times we have been there. Arby's offers a Jamocha shake that we adore. If you like Arby's and are in Roanoke, try this one. Located near the Towers Mall, which is near the Colonial Ave exit off the Webber Expressway (US 220) about 2 miles south of downtown Roanoke city.
