Went to pick up a Uber Eats order at 8:30. Manager took great pleasure in telling us they don’t do delivery after 8:30. Seriously?? What difference does it make where the order came from?? Arby’s doesn’t want business after 8:30.

- no exterior lights on at nearly 9pm - "order when ya ready" - "pull up for ya total" - at window: mumbles total - "pull up to the [unintelligible]" - [ten minutes later] guy walks out to hand me a bag, says nothing food was obvz hot and fresh, but...😒

Im sorry that your drive through speaker isnt working well but, Charles is a rude and condescending employee. Next time you sigh loudly over the intercom remember-just bc you cant us doesn't mean we cant hear YOU
We went to Arby’s this evening, only to find the “lobby” closed because they did not have enough staff to man it and the drive-thru. The drive-thru was open but backed up 10 deep. Very disappointed in the lack of service.
Nothing like paying $17 for a meal that includes a French dip but you get no dip after waiting 10 minutes. So disappointing but not surprised from this location! Wasn’t the first time! Pay better, Hire better, provide better service! Just because it’s Denbigh doesn’t mean you have to provide crap service!
RecommendedI used to be a manager at an Arby’s back in pa. Every time I come to Oriana road location, the staff are so friendly and always make everything correctly with my add ons. I appreciate you going above and beyond and making sure that the roast beef was sliced thin enough.
