The staff is so nice and have outstanding customer service! They messed up my food last time I went ate there. So I called when I got back to work and the manger at the time told me to come back when i'm free and they will fix it for me. Today I go in and tell them what she said and they gave me the meal I ordered the first time for free! I must say it is really really good! Thank you Ladies for fixing this problem for me 😊
Took 30 minutes to get 2 French dips then ordered a shake, after waiting 15 minutes for that I go to the counter and they had taken my money for it but never made it. Everyone in there had to wait at least 15 -30 minutes for their food. And thet werent even busy. I hate to see when they get busy how long you would have to wait. What part of that is FAST FOOD. Will never go back to this location

The service is very slow. At one point I was waiting 10 minutes. I could've gone to McDonald's next door and gotten my food quicker. It's a good thing the food was hot when I got it.
