Cashier spilled drink all in my lap, seat and door through drive through and laughed. (It wasn't on purpose but no apology.)When I spoke to the cashier about it she just shut her window. Then the manager Britney came to window I started telling her about the incident and how they were laughing. She started yelling at me. Very unprofessional. I hardly EVER go to Arby’s; however, I went today after seeing the fish sandwich commercial 100 times within the past few days. The guy at the drive-thru was very nice and friendly....great customer service skills! I think his name was Quintez (spelling). I get back to my office with my food....two fish sandwiches. I cant even say that the cheese covered 1/4 of the sandwich. And I dont know if they are running low on tarter sauce or if the sandwich maker just wasn’t in a giving mood today.
