Their food is good an you get good service..And the prices are good...Good clean place to go eat.
We came here cause we were traveling to Tennessee....came in for a meal....don't get me wrong the girl was very nice and we got our food quickly....but the girls were loud and swearing on the floor and talking about customers RIGHT ON THE FLOOR WHILE ON DUTY COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL....so awful.....also they were all on their phones while taking orders

I am really disappointed in the experience I had at Arby's on Nelson St in Lexington VA around 2pm 9/15/2015. I sat at the drive through with no one acknowledging me at all for at least three minutes. I had to go inside. I wasn't greeted in there immediately either. After my order was taken, the girl at the counter filled up the two teas I ordered and sat them back on the counter for me with no lids or straws. we had to drive around the building only to find out that the drive thru is closed, when we went in the food that's on the menu they don't have.
Super friendly staff. Decent food. Quick service. If I was ever in that area again we would go back.
