The customer service was very poor when I was in there earlier. The manager Georgina was very unpleasant and unprofessional. She made me feel rushed, and when I got my order she left out the fries. Then she yelled at her employees for it. (Who were being helpful) She Was very mean to them. This is not a family establishment or some where I want to take my grand kids again. I am floored that they refuse to let customers wash thier hands. I definitely will be avoiding it.
The Wenatchee location is very bad, hit or miss food, often orders missing stuff or just wrong and VERY poor costumer service.
I ordered a side salad and got nothing but lettuce that was brown very disgusting!
Bit into this completely raw chicken tender from your store. I have been trying to call and complain for the past half hour but no one answers the phone.
