Yuk... Went in ordered myself and family food was 48$!!! What can i say big family. They were making my food, while I was waiting I noticed the man making food wasn't wearing any gloves, and was wiping his spatula for the mayonnaise on his apron then brushing it on buns. I asked for the manager and asked her if that was my food he was making, and she said yes.... I told her what I was seeing and she offered to make the food again. ordered beef & cheddar w/ no sauce. was loaded w/ extra red sauce. made me sick. in store manager made right & said she would talk to Callie the girl who took the order.
I was stuck at this Arbys while getting my tires replaced next door. I could observe the employees for over an hour. They were friendly and courteous to everyone who came in and they also kept the tables cleared quite nicely. I'd go back even if I wasn't forced to kill time!

we were at this restaurant yesterday at 3;06pm gave the lady at the counter our order 8 arbys roast beef and 2 drinks and 1 med shake the drive threw girl came over and messed with the order then left then came back aain and messed with it again the manager was making the sandwiches and hollering were is my keys at people ,they contunied to fill orders of other people around us. the drive threw mainly . we stood and waited very patiently, never called or order out. the after 11 drive threw orders went out and several other o... read more
