First, Arbys food prices are rediculous. Also, If you take a look at the nutritional information for Arbys food- you will notice it contains a MUCH higher trans fat content than other food. This means it is very unhealthy. (do a google search on trans fat if you do not understand)High HFCS usage, as well as Partially hydrogenated products decrease the health value of this food.I have visited this restaurant 5 times. 3 times they got my order incorrect.I wish I had known sooner how unhealthy the food is at this restaraunt.
