I loved the new promo sandwich with the au ju!! Crinkle fries + cheese dip for the win! 5/8/26 update: The food is still great but the service has taken a massive dive in recent times. One HUGE problem is that if you order on the mobile app they start making your food NOW. Most other fast food restaurants start the food when you arrive and check in. I was here as a vendor, but I wanted food. All the lobby doors were locked so I knocked on the drive through window. Where I was told "yeah sorry" and that's it? Take my order then, I'm in a big truck that cant go through your drive through, I'm making a delivery to you and you can't take my order? This is a sad excuse for an Arbys, I've never had a bad experience with an Arbys like this. If you don't have the help to open the lobby ( which is what I'm assuming), then at least take care of your customers that cant go through... read more
