Just waited 20 minutes for my food. Never have I ever had such bad service at an Arbys. First and last visit to this location. EVERYONE GO TO THE ONE ON 61ST! Always fresh & fast!

portage location, slow service and we had to ask about our sandwiches after 3 people after us were already eating! when we got order it was wrong! Never go to Portage location again.
Closed now. The last time I was there they were out of beef. Wtf
Haven't ate Arby's in over 10 years and for some reason I was craving a beef and chedder. So I pull in and the drive thru line is long so I park and try to walk in the building but the door was locked. Its 7pm hows the door locked? I thought well that's okay, In really want this beef and chedder so it'll be worth the wait... So I pull back into the drive thru line and wait about 20 minutes no joke 20 minutes, and finally I get to the menu speaker and was told they have no roast beef!!!! WTF.. seriously??? RecommendedI seriously never eat here and I was starving tonight & didn’t want McDonald’s so I decided to give this place a try. Literally met the nicest person I’ve ever seen in a drive through this late at night. I didn’t catch her name but she was a manager and had red hair. I’ll officially be back just because of how great she was. Thank you.
I went to Arby's tonight to get food and they tell me they got rid of their fish sandwiches. I asked the lady why and she just said cause they are part of michigan and theybwere supposed to get rid of them awhile ago or something and said something about that they would he getting them back next week. That does not help me tonight! I am a vegetarian and still eat fish but do not eat meat at all so thats the only sandwhich I can there. I am beyond pissed about this and will not ever be going back!
