Horrible experience at the Arby's drive thru. Would not recommend going to this Arby's. First order was taken wrong. I ordered a french dip meal and he had me down for a ham melt. Probable because he had ear buds in and couldn't hear my order. Fixed that quick enough, but then waited 13 minutes for my food. I had to wait for him to come back to the window to tell him I never received my coke. He handed me my coke and I checked the bag only to find out I was missing my potato cakes. Bad experience at this Arby’s today. Drive thru service is as bad as it can get. Shouldn’t take 24 minutes from time of ordering to get your food. And by the way, not what I ordered. Do not eat here. Staff is horrible and incapable of the simplest things.
A nice Arby's experience. Good food and service. Will go again.
Ordered a market-fresh sandwich and the bread in half the sandwich was rock hard.. after paying $12 for a meal I don't expect to throw away half. I hope this is not a normal practice. Maybe paying a little more attention to the food that is being served would help.
All workers are awesome! Awesome food!
