Hours say open till midnight, not sure why they ignore customers in the drive through after 11. Disappointing customer service. Guess I'll be going to a different location from here out.
Great food the people working there at the North Town location are awesome.
My husband ordered shakes through the app and went to the drive thru to get them! The lady said she hadn’t received the order yet! When found, she said they weren’t serving shakes anymore, but my husband had already paid! Talked to the lady manager there and she claimed she didn’t know how to refund us the money and to contact corporate! Reached out to corporate and never got any response! Employees act like real humans are in their way.
Place is filthy! There was literally one other customer in the store and nobody in the drive thru so there is no excuse for the tables and condiments area to be so filthy. Also, as another customer shared, they filled my fries like 3/4 of the way and the response he received on here was they were going to pass it to the appropriate team members to correct the problem BUT that obviously has not happened!
