Sat in the drive thru line for an hour. Multiple ppl coming and going from inside the store. Once I got to order I asked if I t was quicker to come inside since I’ve already been waiting an hour. The manager said they were short 6 ppl and I can do whatever I want, how about that. I left went to subway. Got my food within 10 min of being there and I didn’t have to worry about ppl spitting in my food.
It took 18 minutes to get my food last night. There wasn't anyone in the restaurant last night. Need a night time manager who actually cares about how the store runs. I will never return to this Arby's.

It always takes about 8-10 minutes to recieve my food in the drive through. That is with no cars in line. The food doesn't taste near as good as it did a few years ago.

Very frustrated with my fries from here. Just came from there and my fries are just about 1/2 full for a medium. Very much a waste of money.
