Rude employee that didn’t have a clue how to place a to go order at the counter, couldn’t take the order without stopping to talk to her friend, couldn’t get the order right, told me I had to get my own shake at the drink machine. Rude, disrespectful, inside dirty. Used to be good place. Won’t go back now.
RecommendedI like arbys and I like this location . I just want my medium fry when I return because it was missing from my bag tonight, the website says they close at 1030 but they didn't answer the phone. I get they tryna go home but I really wanted my medium curly fries.😞
