I've eaten at many arby's, but this one is the absolute worst! I have been 3 different times in the past 4 months, every freaking time my order is wrong, my husband orders potatoe cakes and they give him fries, we order the meals, but they don't give us our drinks, I order the mozzarella sticks pay for them and don't get them, plus they never give me my receipt. I'M DONE WITH ARBY'S IN BELTON MO! They should close this one down permanently!!!!

I love Arby’s! But just had the WORST experience at the Belton location. I got into the Drive-Thru lane at 11:01a and was quickly greeted with an ‘I’m sorry I’ll be right with you’ I said not problem, thank you!’ A couple seconds later again “I’m sorry for your wait I’ll be right with you,” and again I said “thank you!” Then five minutes later a third check in “sorry, I’ll be right with you, sorry” again I said “thank you!” I get it that things happen, upset customers, busy lines, whatever it is... but then nothing for 15 mo... read more

I usually have no problem here but today is awful!!!!! I swing by to pick up a quick lunch before heading out of town. I came in because if long drive thru lane but it didn't help. I've waited at least 30 minutes for one sandwich!!!!! There are maybe 3 people working and none of them seem to know how to work fast, and the lobby has filled up with people waiting for food!! Belton Arby's is a SCAM! – Belton arby's employees will charge you Extremly High for food you didnt even order. I highly recommend nobody eats from belton Arby's!! of course if you refuse to believe this and you still eat here just be sure to Get Your Receipt! they may pull some clever stunt like "accedently ripping your reciept then throwing it away" or giving you the wrong reciept.
