loved them until they discontinued onion rings. we go elsewhere now. Poor decision, ending such a popular item.

Arby's also helps out a lot to raise money for good causes, for example teaming up with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, Junior Achievement, & No Kid Hungry in making a difference helping America's kids. Usually this is the “good Arby’s” for us. But tonight was a very poor experience. After picking up groceries and McDs for my daughters, we stopped at the drive thru. The two cars in front of us had to pull over and wait, so did we. We waited for about 10 minutes and I called the store number on my receipt. I was told they gave our order to someone else, so they had to remake our whole order, it would be right out. On Monday 8/24 about 1:30pm; The gentleman who was putting the orders together was just so pleasant toward us. I unfortunately didn’t get him name, but he was the one who stood out to me! You could hear the smile in his voice behind his mask, I SWEAR!! He even came out to the lobby and gave my 2 year old son an extra toy. It was so sweet of him to try to carry on a conversation with my son. Small portions for the price compared to last week. Since the release of the junior Arby's sandwich portion size and quality has gone down. price has gone up, its all about profits.
