I went thru the drive thru and they didnt give me a toy in 1 of my kids meals (the 2nd kids meal had one), no cheese cup was in my bag (yes I ordered one), I ordered both of my adult meals large and only one was large. They also were NOT wearing their face masks IN THE KITCHEN (you can see the kitchen thru the drive thru window) I've tried calling and no one answers. this place is HORRIBLE!
the soda machine has been broken since last year..either too much syrup on not enough carbonation..food is good byob

Absolutely a terrible experience. Came in at 9:40pm to order food to go and the door shows that the dining room is open until 10:00pm. Anyway, two of the employees were complaining that we came in and one asked the other if the door was locked. The boy who took my order was very unfriendly and did not even initiate conversation, he just stood at the register until I started ordering. Not this Arby's. Terribly rude girl at the counter. I asked for napkins to wipe my dirty table. She told me there would be napkins on my tray and that she would come out to wipe my table. She then took several other orders. When she finally came to wipe tables, she saw me standing by my table. She walked right past me and wiped several unoccupied tables. When I asked her again to wipe my table, she replied that she would get there. She wiped EVERY other table in the restraurant before coming back to wipe mine.
I was just cursed out by an Arbys employee name Chrinstine Lang at the bel air south parkway. SHE called me Ratchet because it's common for whites to consider blacks as ratchet. #Firechristinelang #killracism
