I went thru the drive thru and they didnt give me a toy in 1 of my kids meals (the 2nd kids meal had one), no cheese cup was in my bag (yes I ordered one), I ordered both of my adult meals large and only one was large. They also were NOT wearing their face masks IN THE KITCHEN (you can see the kitchen thru the drive thru window) I've tried calling and no one answers. this place is HORRIBLE!
Recommendedit's a change from the normal burgers n chicken joints. Love it. America's Roast beef Yes Sir!

for one thing get the orders correct. I have done take out 3 times and everytime they read back the order it Is wrong. so I correct them then I get home and it is wrong. not sure if other arbys are better that this is the last time I go to the one in albany.
