Excellent hot delicious Beef Sandwiches, and freshly made curly fries. Neil was excellent at his job. Efficient and very personable. He bought our lunches to our booth along with a generous sampling of the new ‘creamsicle’ frosty drink. Very delicious! Love this Arby’s on our way home from Madison, en route to Green Lake County. We will be back! Thank you again, Neil, for the great service and food at Arby’s Columbus WI.
Yesterday, Saturday, we ordered $30 worth of food. One car ahead of us. They completed their transaction and left. Next up. Sat at the window for at least 30 minutes. The gal walked by numerous times and looked at us. The guy at the counter did as well but no one ever came to take our money, greet me or anything. I called the store number but no answer.
