it's not hard making a chicken bacon Swiss no mustard and no tomatoes !! today I came thru and just that came home and still had tomatoes !!like employees have one job and that is to get it correct and if it's hard Quit and this is not the first time your employees messed up either 😕

After spending $35 on food via Uber Eats, then waiting nearly an hour to get the food, I would have at least expected to get my order. Instead, I got someone else’s, and the store would answer and hang up immediately. Corporate was equally useless.

I appreciate that your inside dining room was open. We met our daughter half way in Dubuque Iowa and needed a place to stretch the grandkids legs and get lunch. They were returning to Sparta Wis. after a week long visit with us in Williamsfield Il. . The food was great and we were able to visit a little before we all went on our way. Thanks for the great service.All our kids love Arby's.😊

The customer service was great! I truly appreciated the extra kindness I experienced today! Thank you to the worker, I didn’t catch his name and it doesn’t say on the receipt, but he went above and beyond!

Staff has a serious attitude problem.. I order $30.00+ in food. You do NOT read back the order. You just bark a total at me. You don't charge me for two sandwiches. When I come back, you F. ING argue with me about it, accusing Me of being aggressive. You lie about reading the order back. You do all this with that knowingly sweet tone of voice and make us pay for the sandwiches. You F. the so called management there chewing out and new girl there for no reason and being a dick to me didn't mark anything that was asked and act like he ment to forget some food slid the bags across the counter and says nothing but next he should be fired and not welcome back to any store

last time I ordered from the Arby's in Mason City, I ordered the biggest roast beef sandwich, I received the smallest. i also tried ordering their root beer floats, they came to the window with coke floats. I told the lady I asked for root beer not coke, this lady rolled her eyes at me, went and grabbed root beer ones and came back with the WORST attitude ever. Also, did the turkey club get taken off the menu? that was the best sandwich😭😂

Have always looked forward to the pecan chicken sandwich every summer. Ordered 2 in the drive-thru, when we got home found them to only have a small scoop of chicken salad that was mostly celery & apples. Lots of lettuce but wilty & had brown spots.
