Closed at 4 P.M. on a Saturday?? Makes sense. Apparently this particular Arby’s isn’t interested in making any money.
Excellent food and service in Vadnias hts. MN. Remember both Craigs name and mine 2nd trip over two weeks apart. Saved a toy of Craig's for 2 weeks and gave it back to him next time we dropped in!!! The staff always remembers our names.

Arby's customer service & how they treat customers is really shitty. I work at a store that if a customer doesn't have a coupon we give it to them anyway. We don't turn away business just because a customer does not have a coupon I find it incredibly asinine that this store refused to honor my coupon just because I didn't have it on me. You OBVIOUSLY KNOW you have these coupons in circulation.. Any manager that is OK with NOT making a customer happy to keep them coming back should be FIRED & educated on keeping a customer HA... read more
