RecommendedWe went through the Drive thru on Friday 5/22 and got our food, and then we were told it was on them. Such a nice surprise, thank you to Arby’s and their employees.

left out my cookie, ordered two large fries and they were only half way full, and didnt give us the broncoberry sauce we ordered.
Shorted us two sandwiches, fries were rock hard and no straws! Absolutely ridiculous! That’s what $40 does for you! Called the restaurant and Sierra was not polite, or understanding! All she said was drive back for the sandwiches! No thanks! Lost a long time customer today!
