On Jun 2, 2020, we bought dinner at the drive-thru of your Minnetonka location off of Highway 101. We wanted to call out a not-so-nice experience. As a side note, we keep returning to this location for offering our business on the basis of enjoying what Arby's has to offer, ALTHOUGH, history has been unkind to us at this spot as more often than not a piece of the order ends up not found in our bag/s upon checking at the window or after we get all the way to our home. Open until 11pm you say? How about already closed for the night long before I got there. Pictures to prove it.
Our cashier was the only reason why they even got one star! He was super polite and friendly. Our food was cold, my mozzarella sticks were so over cooked there was nothing left but the breading, yet they were also cold! The manager was grumpy and rude! We used to stop here every time we went to the cities, we will be finding a new "lunch stop"!

went in yesterday to get lunch around 1pm. My boyfriend and I ordered the 2 for 4 chicken choice options. I got the Chicken Cordon Bleu and he got the Chicken bacon Swiss. We ate there at Arby's and i got a few bites in and found that the bread or something was mushy because of the mayo. I kept eating up until i noticed I was eating raw chicken. My boyfriend brought it up to the counter and he told them what happened and showed them the remainder of the sandwich. I was giving just a $4 refund for the sandwiches and two free ... read more
