I went thru drive thru never had an issue before but this guy was rude and quickly gave me my change which wasn’t right but he wouldn’t come to the window finally he got my food I said something. He said I am gonna count the drawer ok he comes back and says he is $3 short so I was given. The right change no I was and how would I know if he counted the drawer and how does he know he didn’t make other errors before me. Excellent food and service. went there at 5:00 pm on Oct 13 and Austin and another very nice young man (in glasses didn't catch his name)went above and beyond for us!!
Just ate there tonight. Love the sliders and the cashier was decent!
went thru drive thru to get 1 shake.waited 10 minutes for car in front of me to get his food.no big deal.the part that was so wrong is when I got up to window to get 1 shake I sat there another 5 minutes watching the guy make7 shakes total.must have decided to make the cars order behind me while he made my 1 .why should I have to sit there that long while you get the cars order ready that was behind me.
