I'll never go to this Arby's, ever again. We pulled up around 9pm and the help was outside smoking. By the time we got to the drivethru the same guy who was smoking, was in the kitchen preparing our sandwiches with no gloves. I was dumb and paid for it and left, but threw away our $20 worth of food...yuck.
