Left food out of bag in drive thur. Called store 4 times no answer.
Was picking up an online order and still had to wait 30+ minutes to get it. Not only did it take an additional 30 minutes after arriving, the food got to us cold (???), the fries were half filled, and there was no condiments. They also gave us the wrong sandwich that my wife ordered. I've had a five star review for this location for the last six years I hate to change it but you guys have got to hire more people that are willing to work here so three people aren't forced to try to take care of a dinner rush. i waited for 25 minutes in the drive thru and i got soggy, greasy nasty cheese sticks and my burger (i put the mustard on it when i got home) was raw and pink in the middle, i've never heard of fast food service rare burgers it's disgusting. i'll never go back.
