Waited well over minutes for a sandwich and 3 fries. No explanation, no apology. Just waiting. When the food finally came out, half of it had clearly been sitting under the heating lamps the entire time. Still no apology or semblance of customer service.

Service was so so normally outstanding, food was good though
Last time I was here I had to leave because the drive through service was so slow. Now im here trying again, waited for over 40 minutes in the drive through. By the time the person in front of me got to the window, they alone had to wait 20 minutes just at the window! Ridiculously slow. Once I got my food, it wasnt correct.
