Employee spitting in food ! Disgusting
We visted this Arbys tonight. It was busy at drive thru. We live about 20 minutes away. once we got home got my sandwich and the bun is completely burnt. i mean no amount of honey mustard sauce is going to get the burnt smell or taste out of your mouth. Have tried calling 4 different times for the phone just to ring. Very disappointed!

I order two large fries and get barley any fries and horrible customer service when I called to complain. I paid for a large I expect a large.
I always ask for extra sauce on my slider and get hardly any. Fries are usually cold. Last time I went drive thru they included a coupon book that had expired 3 days before. Just throw them away!
