Mrs Jessica was the sweetest and the most down to earth person she was very sweet and caring and shown perfect customer service she made sure everything got straightened out and made things very understandable we need more people like this sweet lady
I love my local Arby’s but that particular day. Well night cause I was on my way to work. It took almost 25 minutes to get my food and watching 4 people on the front line standing there and not attempting to help out in the back for some reason. And then when I did get my 1/2 lb sandwich it was very disappointing it tasted like it had been sitting there for a while and the edges dried out. I ate as much as I could before I just threw it away… it the only time I’ve had a bad experience
