Lametria heavy set rude manager unclean hands peeling and bleeding like she has a condition hands uncover flaking with cracking skin peeling off may be a health condition not judging that but her hands should be covered handling food and her attitude was extremely nasty I ask for a refund didn't wanna mention why she was so rude I had to tell her it was because of her hands looking so nasty she took my money and attempted to make my food with the same hands no washing no gloves
Ordered half pounder, received regular size, lemonade taste more like water than lemonade. Hair in fries. Bad service. It's remarkable just how often fast food joints get basic orders wrong. I think artificial intelligence will do a much better job taking an order accurately.
Worst Arby's location I've ever been to! Would give 0 stars if possible. We waited at the drive thru window for 20+ minutes, they had to ask us what we ordered twice after we paid & still got our order wrong. We literally got two beef & cheddar meals, nothing difficult. The staff are extremely unprofessional & rude as well, they huffed and puffed at us every time they had to ask us what we had. absolute horrible service, ladys working there are really mean and treat you like you’re asking for something that isn’t their job
I waited in drive thru for four fish sandwiches and a fry and they hand me cold food
