Lobby was dirty. French dip was microwaved instead of being made fresh, and the meat was watery. Edit: hasn't gotten any better. Not even enough cheese to cover the sandwich and it's suppose to be a double beef and cheddar
I was absolutely thrilled to discover that Arby's has expanded its famous meat selection to include a "warm leather shoe" option. It takes real talent for a kitchen crew to completely dry out a roast beef sandwich while simultaneously drowning it in enough liquid cheese to float a pontoon boat on the Ohio River.
