Fries wasn't fresh they was luke warm. Didn't get a full order of jalapeno poppers. Burger wasn't dressed as requested
If I could give them a zero across the board, I would. Yesterday my husband went there and had the same experience he had three weeks ago. He sat at the speaker for 4 minutes with no one speaking to him. He called out 'hello' 3 or 4 times. Nothing. Then he sees three employees walk across the parking lot (apparently to the smoking area), notice my husband sitting there and one said, 'He can wait'.
