I order food from there and it was cold the cheese was old and not melted. they messed up my whole order and I will not never order from this place again. Arby's you got to do better. I'm calling cooperate in the am. This is unacceptable
I don't recommend the fish sandwich but when they say large they mean. great selection of soft drinks and the potatoe cakes were fantastic.
The drive thru was five minutes wait per a car to order. Asked for the 2 for six special and told it was nine something. The Arby's in St. Peters onid Rivers Mall Drivedoesn't give a crap about customer service.

Horrible customer service! The young lady in Drive thru tonight around 10:30pm had the nastiest attitude from the moment she answered the head set. No matter how nice I tried being to her she just still kept the same nasty attitude. I said thank you to her at least four times, she just ignored me every time, and at one point just slammed the window closed. As an Assistant Manager for a fast food restaurant I couldn’t fathom myself or my employees talking to or treating any of our customers like that.

I order a meal for $13.79. Didn’t check the receipt on the bag, mostly because I didn’t think I needed to, and got home with a $6.02 receipt and the only thing that I got that I actually ordered was my drink. I called the restaurant again and agin with no answer and the drive-thru was 15 cars deep. Overall I gave them 13.79 to wait in the drive-they for 15 minutes and not get anything I ordered (aside from a drink). We ordered 25 minutes ago and still do not have all of our food meanwhile two different employees have gotten phone calls and taken them outside and a group cut up session with friends that came by. All the employees want to do is go home....you don’t even ask to ask them to be told. Poor attitude and service

If you are wondering why your business is booming... I blame Eric Morris. He posted your food on fb. Now my entire feed is mutual friends dipping delicious curly fries in horsey sauce and drinking jamocha shakes. He should be your ambassador.
