It doesn't matter what day of the week I order from Arby's in Ponca City they never get it completely right. Today I got unsweetened tea instead of sweet tea. Just one day I wish my meal would be correct.

This place is probably the worst Arby’s on earth. Using yesterday’s beef looks and taste like complete crap. High dollar crap the staff cannot follow simple instructions
Deep Fried Turkey BLT.....missing one key ingredient!!!! How the heck do you forget to put the BACON?!?!?!
I have been here several times over the summer. The staff has been great EVERY single time and the food has been awesome!!! Thank you for the great service and appreciating Oklahoma teachers throughout the summer!!

Horrible customer service. The employee was rude. I wouldn't give it one star. I only got 2 of the 6 items I ordered. I will never go to any Arby's ever. How' s that for an attitude you horrible witch.
DO NOT buy the apple crisp, first it is not apple crisp it's a cake with some kind of a cinnamon topping with maybe one slice of apple and some whip cream and it's definitely not served in a Crock-Pot like it is advertised this is false advertisement!!!! And I believe this will be my last trip to Arby's in Ponca City Oklahoma and any Arby's that has false advertisement!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
Great food and service , it's a little high in the prices but it's worth it !
