I have called the corporate office and emailed them stating that the employees at this restaurant are not wearing mask. I see them out smoking out the back door. There is such a thing as covid 19. It is proven now to wear mask. No one in this store wears mask! Smoking and then going back to fix food. This store is gross!! I have put this out all over Facebook and am spreading the word!!
poor service had to ask for our drinks and shakes with no sauce.....and the kids working dont even want to go there...
My wife picked up supper for me and had the smallest worst looking chicken sandwich possible. very disappointing
I love Arby’s. I usually get their classic sandwich and iced tea. Then eat my husband’s curly fries. Mmmmmm!

I seriously just had the worse experience I have ever had. Fist they bring my husbands food (which when I got home was the wrong thing) and mine was not in the bag. I asked for my meal and they do not bring me my fries. I waited several minutes for my food on top of this.. Then our food is cold!
