Had an uneasy feeling about the length of time the guy at the drive-thru had my credit card (not in view from the drive-thru window). A couple days later I have credit card fraud reported to me from the dominos in Hattiesburg as well as 2 retail shops. Won’t be returning to this location. I contacted the manager and gave him the guys name from my receipt.
The quality of the food was not up to even minimal standards for Arby's - the server at the counter was rude, the restrooms dirty, etc...
I wouldn't know what their food was like because the boy who was supposed to take our order had his pants pulled down so far we could all see his stained underwear...... Needless to say, we walked right back out the door. Gross.
Please get rid of the guy in the back who complains about people walking in an hour before close. I would understand if it was 30 min but a hour? He was so rude kept making comments while I’m ordering finally I said if it’s such a big deal for me to eat here I will gladly leave and left!
