Went to this location on a Wed evening. Placed my order for two sandwiches that were completely wrong. i live 25 minutes away from this Arbys. I call and tell them what happened, and they were so nice and said that they would put my info down and correct the order on the house. Go back Friday, walk in and nobody seems to have any idea about it, manager doesn't even want to speak to me, much less fix the situation. HORRIBLE customer service in drive through. I would highly recommend not using this location. Orders are rushed and there's no attention to detail, which isn't good if you have food allergies because they are to busy ignoring your request to properly take your order. Very customer unfriendly.
Staff is rude and order was wrong not to mention there was NO cheddar in my beef and cheddar.
