I went to Arby’s on Friday during lunch. The cashier had on gloves while exchanging money and passing food. When I reached the window, I asked her to take the gloves off and replace them before taking my card and giving me my food.. I shouldn’t have had to tell her that! Managers do better!
RecommendedThis is literally the best Arby’s ever. Really the best fast food place in general. EVERY single person that works here is so incredibly nice. They are patient and my order is ALWAYS right!!! I love this place!!!
2nd time visiting this location and I have to say, I’m still very happy with the service! Awesome workers and tasty food 😋
My fiancé and I received coupons in the mail and decided to give it a try! We went in and ordered two full meals and cheese sticks and were pleasantly surprised by how much food we got for so little. Not to mention how yummy the food was and how sweet the workers were. The inside might be a little out dated but to be honest, it was cool to go back in time. We also loved that they played Christian music! We will be back!�

For my sandwiches, I prefer sliced meat as in Arby's sandwich photos, not a blob shredded meat, which is what I was served !!!
What can I say my food was the bomb! I mean I enjoyed every last bite! I love going to the Ridgeland location. The staff there is always great!

The food is like any other Arby's. The staff sets this place apart from other fast foods joints. The lunch crew is the friendliest in the metro area. If you agree make sure to ring the bell on your way out.
I generally go through the drive-in and have been a walk-in only a few times. Clean restrooms, clean kitchen area, nice, pleasant and clean eating area inside. The food is well done, well presented, and tasty. The service is fast and well-mannered. I like the fact that a trash can with a slide exists for drivers to pull up and dispose of unwanted trash before they leave the parking lot. Also, the cost is fairly low. A thumbs up on this one!
