10:30 on 12/11/18, a Tuesday night, pull up to the drive the drive-thru, and girl claims that they are out of roast beef... I was dumbfounded. How could Arby's possibly be out of the their main ingredient. F-ing ridiculous, and should be completely unacceptable. Thanks alot.

Erica is absolutely amazing! I had originally ordered from a different Arby's. I wasn't too impressed with their service. Through a friend she recommended I reach our to the Draper store. I placed a $400 order. Erica went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. I order a weekly lunch and during Memorial weekend I order for about 65 people 3 meals a day. First time at Arbys and Never will I go AGAIN! DISRESPECTFUL, Inconsiderate and literally could careless that I was upset. First and last experience with this place. If you hate your job that much work somewhere else.

Very convenient location after a visit to the Living Planet Aquarium! Very clean and food came to us fast!
Just plain gross and LOUSY SERVICE! We were treated as if we were 3rd class citizens by the idiot taking orders and the lil kid that had to help her. We were very cordial and our order was easy... they want 15 an hour? Ya, not with the 8 they're paid... DON'T PATRONIZE THIS ARBY'S. ..THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT WHO SUPPLIES THEIR PAYCHECKS
We just ate raw beef on our French dip sandwiches...even after we inquired about the pink meat. It wasn't until we finished eating that we were informed of the oven "malfunction".
