Tried their new BBQ sandwich. I was impressed.
I have tried to go through the drive thru multiple times and the drive thru represenatuve says they have big orders and to wait.. I wait for 5 min and he doesn't take my order. Arby's please assist.
Ordered our food, waited 5 minutes to get to the window. Waited there for about 3 minutes just to be asked to park on the other side because it’s going to be another 5 minutes to cook chicken tenders.
ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE TODAY!!! Arrived at store, there was 1 person in front of me at the counter and there were 5-6 cars in the driveway thru. There were three employees in the store. The women handling the counter never made contact with me or the guy in front of me. She passed by multiple times to fill drive thru orders and never looked at us or even acknowledge us.
