This Arby’s is great! The food is good and hot. Lisa is at the drive thru and knows my order immediately upon hearing my voice. She always perfects my order. Very pleased!
Worst restaurant possible. Just went by and the genius taking the oder could not even take the order correctly. I received the wrong sandwich and cold curly fries. Never go to arbys. The all suck and i will never go there a again.
Sorry as crap we got there at 10:05 and the manager was very rude rolling her eyes.Another employee was cussing not a very good experience. We had 5 ppl in our group and we just left! Never go back there again!
Been to this location twice in the last week and the first time we over looked their mix up with my boy friends sandwich, it was nowhere near what he ordered, because it was good. This time they forgot items in our order. I normally have no problems but lately they've gone down hill ... Big time!!
If you want fresh, hot, correct and great customer service you have to eat at Arby's on Holland Rd, 58 bypass, in Suffolk. They are busy at lunch and dinner times but we frequent Arby's often on off hours and when they see us they already know what our expectations include. We are not the only customers who get this service. The same goes for every person. And we always tell them before we leave how the service was. People are alright. Food is terrible! ! ! I rarely get anything fresh. Which is a pity, this used to be my favorite restaurant

today i ordered a kid's meal with popcorn chicken shakers and i asked specifically if they were going to be the"chicken SHAKERS" and this lame person named meghan said i quote "yes they will be" . When my daughter checks in her bag for the cup with the top she screams at me....MOM I DIDN'T GET MY CHICKEN SHAKERS!!!!!!!!....... we had already pulled away.When i look inside the bag i see the popcorn bites inside a fry container!!!!!! they didn't follow my exact specific words!!!!!!! they were as specific as could be!!! do not ... read more
