went to Arby's to get dinner and who ever was working inside was not paying attention to the drive thru I had to honk several times and then someone came on with an attitude and I had to repeat my order to them twice. Then got to the window and had to wait over 5 minutes for my order. I will not be returning to this particular location if they can't get better service

I will not be returning to Arbys. I was charged almost $18 yesterday for 2 french dip sandwiches and large fries. Lots of other places out there that want my business.

The guy was friendly and fast
Horrible service. It took 8 minutes to order and 20 minutes to actually get my food. Unacceptable for fast food.
