my husband went threw the drive thru and ordered food. he ordered a chicken bacon swiss meal. well I'm very disappointed as the chicken is like rubber and stretchy. he is unable to even eat the sandwich. the curly fries were fresh but the sandwich is not fresh at all like was asked. for spending $9 on a meal I would expect food made the way you order it especially when you ask for it to be made fresh. fresh means fresh put down and cooked. not warmed up after been sitting all evening.

We've been going to Arby's since we arrived in Alliance, in short we liked eating at arby's. Well, today me and my friend got (2) shake on the drive thru but came back because mine got a piece of hair in my shake. When we came back we go in, told the older lady one that my shake got a piece of hair, looks like eyelash or nose hair. Ugh! She then went to get me a new one, DID NOT even say anything about it, DID NOT acknowledge the fact that the shake got a hair, DID NOT ask me if I want a refund or a new one.
