the so called management there chewing out and new girl there for no reason and being a dick to me didn't mark anything that was asked and act like he ment to forget some food slid the bags across the counter and says nothing but next he should be fired and not welcome back to any store

Always super slow. The drive through is horrible you can plan on spending 20 min at least waiting
Don’t waste your time. Takes too long (15 to 30 min). They’ll forget your food too. It’s dirty. Employees are lazy and don’t care. Just go anywhere else. Worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been through. Makes McDonalds look incredible. Issue is specifically with this location too. Never had so many issues with Arbys or any for that matter aside from this crappy location.
2nd time in a week that I have gone through the drive thru and had to go back inside because they forgot something. The first time the man, whom I assume is the manager, actually questioned it... saying “Are you sure it wasn’t in the bag?”. It was a kids meal and we only had one bag, so there is no way I could miss it! Then again today they forget something and I have to go in and get it. Also if you order 4 drinks or even more you apparently have to ask for a drink carrier because both times I haven’t been given one.
Chicken salad portion was ridiculously small. Potato cakes were in pieces. Drive-thru person spoke too fast to understand. Bag was handed to me crunched up and not closed. All-around bad experience.
hire more people! maybe pay better so your turnover isn't so fast.
This was the dirtiest place the employees were rude and the food was cold. If we hadn’t been so tired & hungry we would have walked out
at the Gretna, NE Arby's we still at the intercom waiting to order for 10 minutes and then had to sit at the window for another 10 minutes after I paid to get my food. when we got home both of our sandwiches we squished and looked like they were made with a blind fold on
