RecommendedMy family and I rolled into Arby’s after a long day at the race track. Once in the parking lot pulling our 30 foot camper we realized the inside was closed due to covid. It was late we were starving and at this point bummed. We headed back toward the car Shannon came around the building and asked would you like for me to take your order. It was awesome most would have ignored that we had even pulled in the parking lot but not her she took our $50 order and quickly brought our food out to the car to us. Arby’s we got the HAIR... Should be their LOGO !!! My sister and I went to Arby’s at Emily Drive, Clarksburg, W.Va. ... Sounds great RIGHT? ( WRONG ) !!! We got home and started to eat... Half way through a Sandwich my sister pulled out a ( LONG HAIR ) double YUCK 🤢... I called the restaurant where we went to and Asked for the MANAGER, told her about the situation... Staff for the most part are very unfriendly, short, have a “I could care less” attitude and seemingly never smile or use words like, please, Thank You, etc. It starts at the drive thru when you order and the, “you are a inconvenience to my day attitude” carries through out the rest of the process. I’m assuming the gentleman is a management team member, he has worked there for several years. You lead by example.
