I had a great lunch at the Arby's in Augusta. Easy access off I-95, easy parking, nice, helpful staff (Lisa, Kaileigh, Sharon, Asst Manager Amy). Dining room is pleasant, roast beef always good and best that "Potato Cakes are back forever"! Will definitely stop back on my next trip to the Augusta area.
Great Arby's!
The crew is phenomenal, always polite to customers and each other. Crew works very well together and are genuinely nice. Orders are prepared fast with equal consideration given to inside and drive through customers.
I have loved Arby's alot in the past, but now it seems like the employees dont really care or have great customer communication. It just feels like they are just there to be there no great welcome or thank you . I get my order and find a place to park and all my stuff is cold. I must say very disappointed.
