I come here after work some nights. The general manager is cool. Sometimes they can be a bit weak on the cheese but since I like the manager I ain't gonna complain too much.
Went at 1:30 in the afternoon, restaurant was dead, I was the only person in the drive through. I ordered a 4 PC. potato cake with Arby's sauce and a ham and cheese sandwich. When I got my order I received one sauce packet for my whole order and a roast beef sandwich. I don't eat beef. When I called I was told " well, I couldn't hear you" as a reason my order was wrong, like it was my fault. And I was told that every order only gets one sauce packet. For 4 potato cakes?!
